1. Safety & Damages

• – Report any pre-existing damages before your session begins.
• – Clients are responsible for damages to the studio or equipment during use.
• – TLP is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings.
  
  

2. Booking & Cancellations

• – Confirmation: Bookings are only secured with 100% payment.
• – Refunds: Cancel 48 hrs in advance for a full refund (minus transaction fees).
• – Late Cancellations: Less than 48 hrs notice = 50% refund.
• – No-Shows: No refunds.
• – Refunds are processed within 48 hrs to the original payment method.
  
  

3. Time & Extensions

• – Sessions run strictly within the booked slot.
• – Extra time will be billed at ₦5,000 for every 5 minutes over your session.
• – 15-min grace for packing up.
• – Extensions/early access must be arranged in advance and depend on availability.
  
  

4. Content Standards

• – Content must be legal, non-defamatory, and respect intellectual property.
• – No material promoting violence, hate, or discrimination is allowed.
  
  

5. General Rules

• – Early finishes do not qualify for refunds.
• – Studio staff may intervene if rules are breached.
• – Policies may be updated without prior notice.
